JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Manager directs, manages, plans, leads, implements, monitors, and controls the projects assigned under his responsibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. TECHNICAL

  1. He is responsible for implementing the quality management system and project management of all projects.
  2. Leads project management, contract management, and claims management activities at the site.
  3. Actively leads and/or participates in the Risk Assessment and Control Studies and leads the implementation of actions.
  4. Leads project planning, project submittals (not covered by the Engineering Dept.), and acquisition of required project permits.
  5. Plans and coordinates all required resources – manpower, materials, equipment, tools, and money – for timely mobilization or delivery to the site.
  6. Leads the site's Purchasing, Warehouse, and QEHS activities.
  7. Prepares and submits the required project documentation information.
  8. Coordinates with the Customer's representative on matters related to projects.
  9. Leads project implementation that meets the project contract agreement and, more importantly, the company's goals and objectives.
  10. Directs and manages the subcontractor's work quality and safety.
  11. Leads project monitoring and control with emphasis on implementing actions.
  12. Leads the Project Closeout, which shall include not only the project contract requirements but also the project's close-out requirements like the preparation of Lessons Learned, Personnel Performance Evaluation, and others, and secure Final Acceptance of the project.
  13. Prepares supporting documents for billing in accordance with approved payment schedules.

B. MANAGEMENT

  1. Attends the Management Review meetings as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. The candidate should be a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  2. Passed the Civil Licensure Board Examination (PRC License Board Passer).
  3. With at least ten (10) years' work experience in EPC or facilities management companies, with at least three (3) years' experience in a managerial position.
  4. At least forty (40) hours of training in Project Management, (Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety) Management System, and/or EHS Training.
  5. Deep understanding of contracts management and claims management.
  6. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, and can multitask.
  8. Willing to start immediately/ASAP.
  9. Willing to be assigned or deployed to MAUBAN and REAL, QUEZON PROVINCE.
  10. Two (2) Project-based positions are available for this position.
