Passive Fire Compliance Administrator

The Passive Fire Compliance Administrator is responsible for remotely verifying that all passive fire protection works (e.g., service penetrations, fire stopping, and fire seals) comply with project specifications, manufacturer guidance, and applicable fire safety standards. This role involves reviewing documentation, photos, and as-built records submitted by site teams to ensure installations are compliant before final approval.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve photos and compliance form submitted for each penetration or passive fire solution.
  • Assess works against approved systems, Engineering Judgements (EJs), and relevant fire standards (e.g., AS 1530, AS 4072).
  • Confirm that correct fire stopping products and methods are used.
  • Identify non-compliances, request clarifications, and issue feedback.
  • Ensure that all works are reviewed and approved before deadline.
  • Stay updated with changes in standards and manufacturer approvals.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree with prior experience compliance auditing, or quality assurance is desirable.
  • Strong ability to interpret photos, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to provide clear feedback.

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
