About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Director to lead our BGC Taguig site for iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. This full-time role will oversee all operational aspects of our contact centre, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing a talented team and driving continuous improvement to meet and exceed our clients' expectations.What you'll be doing

Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the BGC Taguig contact centre

Develop and implement effective policies, processes and systems to optimise contact centre performance

Manage and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, team leaders and frontline agents

Analyse key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Foster a positive, customer-centric culture and promote continuous learning and development

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Drive innovation and implement new technologies to enhance the customer experience

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

Substantial experience (8+ years) in a senior operations or contact centre management role

Proven track record of leading successful contact centre transformations and driving operational excellence

Excellent people management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with contact centre technologies, including workforce management and quality assurance tools

Proficiency in customer service best practices and industry regulations
