Job Responsibilities:

  • Personnel Monitoring
  • Conduct regular check-ins and maintain oversight of employee attendance, conduct, and compliance with company policies.
  • Employee Concern Handling
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee issues, ensuring timely resolution of concerns related to workplace behavior, performance, or interpersonal matters.
  • Support to Business Development Officer
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Administrative Support
  • Perform various administrative tasks including filing, documentation, scheduling, and assisting in HRIS/IRMS updates as needed.
    Policy Reinforcement
  • Ensure employees are informed of and adhere to company policies, providing reminders and clarifications when necessary.
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, concerns raised, and actions taken, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
