**Schedule: Monday to Friday (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?**

  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and printers.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge in user account administration and security group management.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to work onsite as needed.
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment when required.

What will you do?

  • Provide end-user support for IT equipment including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Deliver technical assistance to resolve IT-related issues, incidents, and service requests through remote or onsite support.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose root causes of basic technical problems, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure all incidents and requests are properly documented, tracked, escalated, and followed up in accordance with IT support standards.
  • Handle user account creation, including assignment to appropriate security groups.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring timely setup and deactivation of user access and equipment.
  • Assist in IT asset management in coordination with the Inventory Officer.
  • Conduct audits of active and inactive users to maintain access control hygiene.
  • Prepare equipment for remote (Work from Home) staff, ensuring all devices are fully functional and in good condition.
  • Inspect and assess returned IT equipment; report missing or damaged items.
  • Maintain and update IT asset records accurately and consistently.
