About the role

As a Sales representative at Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation', you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our thriving cosmetics company. This full-time position is based in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic organisation within the sales industry.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

  1. Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with the sales team and external stakeholders
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Microsoft 365
  4. Experience with CRM systems for managing customer databases and sales tracking
  5. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work well under pressure
  7. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  8. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the sales or retail industry
  9. A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
  10. Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in sales support or cosmetics industry
  11. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent qualification
  12. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  13. Must be legally authorised to work in the Philippines
  14. Fluent in English and Filipino, both written and verbal communication
  15. Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics or retail industry
  16. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing) and basic marketing principles
