Sales and Marketing Staff Job Description

1. Online Transactions (e.g., Lazada, Website, Facebook, Instagram):

  • Handle customer inquiries and manage online platforms.
  • Complete order process: quoting, delivery booking, packing, and scheduling.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery, refunds, payments (local and international).
  • Update online platforms and prepare payment requests (e.g., UPS).

2. Outlet and Account Transactions:

  • Process and fulfill purchase orders for supermarkets, malls, hotels, and distributors.
  • Coordinate with cold storage and delivery scheduling.
  • Manage collections and countering for consignment clients.
  • Follow up on payments and required documents (e.g., EWT forms).

3. Sales Events:

  • Prepare and assist in sales events (materials, documents, and customer service).
  • Maintain sales records and inventory for event items.

4. Marketing Support:

  • Suggest monthly promotions. Develop and implement marketing campaign.
  • Update client database and assist in masterclasses.
  • Assist with marketing materials (brochures, posters, setup).

5. Cigar Lounge / Miscellaneous:

  • Assist walk-in clients and perform after-sales support.
  • Carry out other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  1. Preferably lives in Makati City

  2. Preferably with a degree in Marketing Management

  3. Okay with Cigar Smoke exposure

  4. Willing to render overtime in case of events

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
