Corporate Driver

Job Summary:

The Corporate/CEO Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services to the CEO and other high-level executives. This role requires a deep understanding of Metro Manila's roads and traffic patterns, excellent driving skills, and the ability to utilize navigation apps effectively. The driver must maintain a professional demeanor, prioritize safety, and ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe and Timely Transportation: Safely transport the CEO and other executives to and from various destinations, including business meetings, events, airport transfers, and personal appointments, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

  • Route Planning and Navigation: Utilize Waze and Google Maps to plan efficient routes, considering traffic conditions, road closures, and alternative routes. Be familiar with Metro Manila's major roads, highways, and local streets to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival.

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate with the CEO's assistant or personal secretary to manage appointments and travel schedules, ensuring punctuality for all commitments.

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect the vehicle for any mechanical issues or safety concerns. Maintain cleanliness and ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and serviced as per the manufacturer's recommendations.

  • Security Awareness: Maintain awareness of security protocols and ensure the CEO's safety during transportation, especially in high-risk situations or unfamiliar locations.

  • Professionalism and Discretion: Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times, respecting the CEO's privacy and confidentiality.

  • Communication: Provide clear and timely communication with the CEO and relevant staff regarding any changes in schedule, traffic conditions, or other relevant information.

  • Flexibility: Be adaptable to changes in the CEO's schedule or unexpected circumstances, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth transportation operations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Professional Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Extensive Metro Manila Knowledge: Demonstrated familiarity with Metro Manila's roads, traffic patterns, and major landmarks.

  • Proficiency in Navigation Apps: Skilled in using Waze and Google Maps for route planning and real-time traffic updates.

  • Driving Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a driver, preferably with experience in corporate or executive transportation.

  • Excellent Driving Skills: Demonstrated ability to operate a vehicle safely, efficiently, and defensively, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the CEO, other executives, and support staff, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

  • Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, plan routes, and ensure timely arrivals for all appointments.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected situations, such as traffic delays, road closures, or vehicle breakdowns, with a calm and efficient approach.

  • Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Maintain a neat and professional appearance, reflecting the company's image.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
