Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property listings and transactions using the client's and other real estate platforms
  • Abstract real estate deals and maintain accurate electronic data and document management systems
  • Oversee client billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Generate and distribute recurring reports to clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all transaction-related documentation and updates are completed on time
  • Support administrative and marketing-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate transaction coordination or operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe products (Acrobat; basic InDesign or Photoshop experience a plus)
  • Experience with real estate transaction management platforms is an advantage
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate transaction coordination or related roles
