The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing sales operations, ensuring effective communication with clients, and handling administrative tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction, optimizing sales processes, and facilitating the smooth execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain and update sales databases, records, and reports.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of sales activities, transactions, and customer interactions.
  • Event and Campaign Support:
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support the execution of marketing and sales campaigns, including tracking leads and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales support or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Can drive motorcycle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
