Urgent Hiring for a talented and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our prestigious airline client.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and handling complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing timely and effective solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive cases as needed
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhering to service level agreements and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

  • Atleast HS Graduate + 6 months International Voice Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering effective resolutions
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
