Job Description

  • Collect and conduct field visit to clients with recovery accounts.
  • Monitor and update late payments.
  • Understand the statement of account and its basic computations.
  • Address questions on Statement of Accounts and intermediate communication with Head Office.
  • Follow through on client commitments and other concerns.
  • Report client status to the Collections department in an organized and timely manner.

Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, or any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Amenable to doing fieldwork within Metro Manila, CAMANAVA and Rizal Area.
