We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable person to join our team in Sydney. Our ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional English skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. What you'll be doing Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments. Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation of financial activities. Performing account reconciliations and identifying any discrepancies. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial information is accurate and up to date. Providing administrative support to the finance department as needed. Managing all customer payments and daily reconciliations. What we're looking for 2-4 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills. Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications. Netsuite and Hubspot knowledge would be highly regarded. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience within the hospitality industry in a front of house role would be highly regarded. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
