About the role

As the Spare Parts Custodian at AGnP Corporation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of the company's manufacturing and distribution processes. In this full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and organisation of the company's spare parts inventory, ensuring that the right parts are available when needed to support uninterrupted production and delivery.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintaining accurate records of all spare parts inventory, including tracking quantities, locations, and condition of parts
  2. Coordinating with production and maintenance teams to anticipate and fulfil spare parts requirements
  3. Ordering, receiving, and inspecting new spare parts to replenish stock
  4. Organising and storing spare parts in a logical and easily accessible manner
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve inventory management and implement cost-saving measures
  6. Providing timely and informative reports on spare parts availability and usage
  7. Ensuring the proper labelling, storage, and preservation of all spare parts

What we're looking for

  1. At least a year of experience in a similar spare parts management or inventory control role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  3. Proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis tools
  4. Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders
  5. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to identify and address issues
  6. Knowledge of warehousing and storage best practices
  7. Familiar with materials handling equipment and safety protocols
