Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Sudostaffing Inc. Full time ₱40,000 - ₱60,000 per year

The chosen candidate will be assigned to a foreign based accounting firm and will be responsible for maintaining financial records, keep track of the company's transactions accurately, up to date and in compliance with the laws.

The key roles and responsibilities are:

Production (90%)
  • Perform end-to-end bookkeeping using Xero and related applications.
  • Prepare and review BAS, IAS, and GST returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Process payroll, including PAYG, superannuation, leave accruals, and STP reporting.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Produce accurate monthly/quarterly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow).
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and technical quality in all production work.
Internal Team Communication & Reporting (10%)
  • Provide regular progress updates and workflow reports to managers.
  • Communicate production status, bottlenecks, and job completion timelines to the internal team.
  • Ensure production jobs are delivered within agreed deadlines and quality standards.
  • Assist in documenting procedures and improving workflow efficiency.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in practice or industry.
  • Proficiency in Xero and cloud-based accounting systems.
  • Strong knowledge of BAS, IAS, GST, and payroll compliance.
  • High attention to detail with proven accuracy in production work.
  • Effective communicator with strong internal reporting and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and escalate issues promptly.
