Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in supporting the healthcare/homecare industry?

We're looking for Virtual Assistants with Scheduling experience for our Homecare offices across the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding inquiries, issues, and emergencies.
  • Handle caregiver and client schedule coordination.
  • Monitor caregiver clock in and clock out.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable equipment and internet connection (at least Intel Core i5/AMD Ryzen 5 with 8GB of RAM) (at least 50Mbps average internet speed).
  • Must be flexible to any working shifts.
  • Willing to work in US time zone.
  • 6+ months of healthcare VA/BPO experience.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as AxisCare/WellSky.
  • Strong English communication.
  • Dedicated home workspace.

Starting Pay at $3/hr

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
