Accounting Staff main roles and responsibilities will be to do proper bookkeeping, maintain records, write out PO and vouchers, maintain integrity of books. Responsibilities will also include aiding in general admin work such as coordinating, emailing, collecting, and so on.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, manage and record day-to-day transactions
  • Log purchase orders, vouchers and invoices in a timely manner
  • Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Perform Balance sheets accounts reconciliations
  • Maintaining collections records and following up unpaid collections
  • Processing reimbursements and payment transactions
  • Check invoices for inaccuracies, reconcile accounts with the general ledger;
  • Prepare schedules and summaries of recorded transactions;
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records;
  • Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statement

Requirements:

  • With degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or TESDA accreditation
  • Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision;
  • With experience is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures;
  • Required skill(s): microsoft excel, microsoft office, payroll, check vouchers;
  • 1 – 2 years experience in clerical accounting;
  • Preferably 1 year experienced in – General Accounting or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php800.00 per day
