What You'll Do
  • Engage warm leads — no cold calling.
  • Run high-energy sales calls that convert interest into purchase decisions.
  • Ask smart questions, uncover customer needs, and close confidently.
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM.
  • Work 9 hours per day, 6 days per week, with availability between 9 AM–9 PM EST.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record of closing sales — ideally in beauty, health, or wellness.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable.
  • Loves beauty and skincare — can sell with passion and authenticity.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own performance.

  • Availability: 12 hours/day, 6 days a week (with two 1-hour breaks + two 15-min breaks).
