This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate posting of sales transactions of all

stores from the CAR system to SAP and overseeing the accuracy of sales generated in

the ETP POS system. Coordinates with the inventory team to resolve CO Object

(maintaining store code) stock deficit issues, monitors the sales transactions across ETP,

CAR, and SAP systems, and assist the AR team with posting of customer payment

tenders when needed. Additionally, this role involves fixing errors in CAR, POS, and ETP.

B. STATEMENT OF DUTIES

CAR Specialist

 Responsible for posting sales transactions from the CAR system to SAP, ensuring the

accuracy and timeliness of data transfer.

 Ensure all sales generated in the ETP POS system are completely and accurately posted

into the CAR system for further processing.

 Resolve any errors or issues encountered during the sales posting process to maintain

data integrity.

 Work closely with the inventory team, IT team and Merchandiser Team to address and

resolve any stock deficit issues and POS errors that arise, ensuring proper inventory

management.

 Maintain a continuous monitoring process for sales transactions across the ETP, CAR,

and SAP systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.

 Provide occasional support to the AR team in clearing and posting customer payment

tenders, ensuring proper alignment with sales transactions.

 Checking the transaction to identify the error.

 Gather details and data to confirm and fix the error.

 Participate in special projects as assigned by the management

 Other tasks as assigned

Inventory

 Ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all inventory-related transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments).

 Develop, implement, and enforce robust inventory control procedures, policies, and

internal controls to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and prevent losses.

 Oversee and manage the cycle counting and/or physical inventory programs, ensuring

proper execution, reconciliation, and documentation.

 Investigate and resolve complex inventory discrepancies, leveraging data analysis and

process reviews to identify and address underlying issues.

 Implement and optimize the use of inventory management systems (IMS) and ERP

systems to enhance data integrity and reporting capabilities.
