Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of house-to-house sales agents to promote and sell the products of the company.
  • Utilize your network of sub-agents in the area to expand sales reach.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular fieldwork with the team to monitor performance and provide on-the-spot coaching.
  • Generate and present sales reports to management.
  • Address and resolve any sales-related issues promptly.
  • At least high school graduate
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
