A Role for Strategic, Results-Driven Marketers

As a B2B Marketing Strategist at The Ortus Club, you will own the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting senior decision-makers across industries and regions. You'll combine deep market insight with creative storytelling to position our events as must-attend opportunities for executives worldwide.

This role requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and data-driven optimisation. You'll collaborate with global colleagues across marketing, sales, and events to ensure our campaigns deliver measurable results and strengthen the brand's position in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated B2B marketing strategies for events, campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Craft compelling messaging and content tailored to C-level and senior executive audiences
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across digital, content, and social channels
  • Conduct market, industry, and audience research to inform positioning and targeting
  • Optimise campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI analysis
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation processes to support lead generation and client nurturing
  • Provide strategic input and mentorship to marketing team members

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in events, agency, or corporate settings
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing strategies with measurable results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Ability to translate complex topics into engaging content for executive audiences
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team environment
