Job Summary:

The B2B Marketing Officer will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on generating high-quality marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) for our Sales & Business Development team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:

  4. Work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to ensure alignment on lead quality, messaging, and follow-up processes.

  5. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on MQL volume, conversion rates, and ROI.

  6. Continuously optimize lead generation efforts based on data and market feedback.

  7. Brand & Product Awareness:

  8. Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.

  9. Create and execute strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition within target B2B sectors (e.g., real estate, logistics, manufacturing).

  10. Position QUBE SMART TECHNOLOGY CORP. as a thought leader in the smart technology space through content such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars.

  11. Plan and manage participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our solutions and network with potential clients.

  12. Content Creation & Management:

  13. Produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey.

  14. Manage the company's blog, website, and social media channels, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and aligned with marketing goals.

  15. Develop sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, and product data sheets, in collaboration with product and sales teams.

  16. Market & Competitor Analysis:

  17. Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of the competition.

  18. Analyze competitor marketing strategies and positioning to inform our own tactics and messaging.

  19. Marketing Technology & Analytics:

  20. Manage and utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline processes and track performance.

  21. Analyze website traffic, campaign data, and other metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or smart solutions industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully generating MQLs and contributing to sales pipeline growth.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling B2B content.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with the smart technology industry and B2B sales cycles is a plus.
