Challenges you'll tackle
(Accountabilities & Responsibilities)
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels—including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms—to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with 2X Marketing's values and role requirements.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, fostering long-term relationships with potential talent.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to refine recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by promoting 2X Marketing's culture and values through various channels to attract top talent.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
You should have
(Requirements)
- Minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and screening.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter; familiarity with recruitment analytics to track sourcing effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for engaging passive candidates and articulating the company's value proposition.
- Strong ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
