  • Constructing structures: Building walls, floors, and other structures using brick, concrete blocks, and stone.
  • Mixing materials: Preparing and mixing cement and mortar to bond masonry units.
  • Material preparation: Measuring, cutting, and shaping masonry units to fit design requirements.
  • Repairing structures: Patching and repairing existing masonry work, such as concrete, brick, and stone.

Carpentry duties

  • Constructing frameworks: Building and assembling wooden frameworks for walls, floors, and roofs.
  • Installing components: Fitting and installing windows, doors, and trim.
  • Repairing wooden structures: Mending and replacing damaged or rotting wood and maintaining wooden fixtures.
  • Custom work: Building and installing custom cabinetry and furniture.

General and overlapping duties

  • Reading blueprints: Interpreting plans to understand project requirements, layout, and material needs.
  • Ensuring alignment: Checking that structures are level, plumb, and square.
  • Following safety standards: Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Site management: Maintaining tools and workspace, and sometimes making time and materials estimates.
  • Collaboration: Working with other professionals like foremen and engineers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
