Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled workers in their daily tasks.
  • Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Mix concrete, cement, sand, gravel, or mortar as required.
  • Prepare and clean work areas before and after tasks are completed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the construction site.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance of tools and equipment when necessary.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Site Foreman or Project Engineer.

Qualifications:
  • At least a High School Graduate or Vocational Course level.
  • With or without experience (experience in construction work is an advantage).
  • Physically fit and willing to perform manual labor.
  • Can follow instructions and work well under supervision.
  • Willing to work extended hours or on weekends, if required.
  • Willing to be assigned to different project sites.
