What you'll be doing

  1. Constructing and repairing walls, floors, and other building structures using masonry techniques
  2. Installing, maintaining, and repairing wooden structures, such as frames, floors, and roofs
  3. Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation
  4. Collaborating with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure seamless project completion
  5. Adhering to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe work environment
  6. Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
  7. Documenting work progress and reporting any issues or concerns to project managers

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Mason - Carpenter,
  2. Strong proficiency in masonry and carpentry techniques, including the use of power tools and hand tools
  3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any issues that arise on-site
  5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other tradespeople
  7. Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations
