About the role

Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated is seeking a skilled Document Controller/Timekeeper to join our team in San Mateo Rizal. As a key member of our Administration & Office Support team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's vital records, documents and timekeeping processes. This is a full-time position and a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our growing construction business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately maintaining and filing all project-related documents, including contracts, drawings, meeting minutes, and other critical records
  2. Monitoring and tracking document control activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  3. Collecting, verifying and processing employee timesheets and leave requests in a timely manner
  4. Providing administrative support for project management, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
  5. Assisting with the implementation and continuous improvement of document control and timekeeping systems
  6. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure efficient information flow and data integrity

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a document control or timekeeping role, preferably within the construction industry
  2. Strong organisational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  3. Proficient in using document control software and standard office productivity tools
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels
  5. Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  6. Familiarity with construction industry standards and best practices for document control and timekeeping
