JOB DESCRIPTION

Supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives under the guidance of the Transformation Head. Helps translate strategic goals into specific change projects, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, and ensures timely and structured implementation of transformation workstreams.

FINANCIAL

  • Support tracking of benefits realization (e.g. cost savings, process efficiency) Contribute to business case development and validation of financial impacts

CUSTOMER

  • Assist in mapping client pain points across key touchpoints.
  • Document frontline and customer feedback and translate it into improvement opportunities. Help ensure solutions meet both customer and operational needs and expectations.

INTERNAL PROCESS

  • Conduct current state assessments and capability inventories.
  • Develop project plans, risk logs, and change management documents Track milestones, flag issues, and prepare project updates.
  • Coordinate workshops, consultations, and cross-functional working groups Monitor adoption and help manage post-implementation reviews.

LEARNING & DEV. / INNOVATION

  • Draft process documentation, toolkits, and internal playbooks Research digital tools and best practices relevant to assigned projects. Participate in continuous improvement activities and knowledge sharing.

Other duties/ responsibilities that are not related to the Four (4) Dimensions

o Coordinate transformation project timelines and milestones (track deadlines, follow up on deliverables, and flag issues for escalation)

o Support strategic planning and change communication (assist in developing planning inputs and helping cascade transformation-related updates or changes)

QUALIFICATIONS

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOKING FOR…

  • Skills – analytical thinking, process documentation, coordination, stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge – insurance operations, process mapping tools, project management skills.
  • Experience – 3-5 years in process improvement, project coordination, or operations.
  • Traits – detail oriented, proactive, collaborative
  • Must have prior experience in working in an Insurance industry (non-life insurance is preferred but not required)
  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year course
  • Must be amenable to work in Makati.
