We are a small but growing company with less than 20 employees, and we're looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual to support our Human Resources efforts and help manage daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and is eager to grow with a team that values dedication, initiative, and integrity. You will play a key part in maintaining our positive work culture while ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leaves, and overtime records.

  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and responding to employee inquiries.

  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

  • Assist in organizing company events and engagement activities

  • Oversee and manage fleet operations, including monitoring vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, registration renewals, and ensuring compliance with transport-related policies.

  • Prepare HR and administrative-related reports and documentation as required.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee queries regarding HR and administrative matters.

  • Support the team by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth interdepartmental communication.

Qualifications:

  • College Undergraduate/bachelor's degree holder.
  • MS Office proficient.
  • At least 1 year experience in the Human Resources field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
