HR Generalist

We are a small but growing company with less than 20 employees, and we're looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual to support our Human Resources efforts and help manage daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and is eager to grow with a team that values dedication, initiative, and integrity. You will play a key part in maintaining our positive work culture while ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and responding to employee inquiries.
Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in organizing company events and engagement activities
Oversee and manage fleet operations, including monitoring vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, registration renewals, and ensuring compliance with transport-related policies.
Prepare HR and administrative-related reports and documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Serve as the point of contact for employee queries regarding HR and administrative matters.
- Support the team by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth interdepartmental communication.
Qualifications:
- College Undergraduate/bachelor's degree holder.
- MS Office proficient.
- At least 1 year experience in the Human Resources field.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
