Schedule: Mid Shift

Job Description:

As an Order Processing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing customer orders efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are entered accurately into our systems, tracked through to delivery, and that any issues are resolved promptly. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders and verifying order details for accuracy
  • Coordinating with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to expedite order fulfillment
  • Monitoring order status and providing updates to customers
  • Resolving any order discrepancies or issues and communicating solutions effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer interactions in the system
  • Generating reports on order processing and delivery metrics

Qualification and requirements:

  • Prior experience in order processing or a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and order management software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
