Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications. You'll play a key role in shaping our product and technology direction.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: PHP 80,000-85,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Full-time (40 hours) with occasional overtime as needed

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern full stack technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality code.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements.


Requirements

• 4–8+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, , , and

• Experience with ORMs such as Prisma or Sequelize.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and GitHub workflows.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working full-time Monday–Friday and must be open to work occasional overtime as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel, or GCP).

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).

• Background in performance optimization and security best practices.
