Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer
 for our sister company in the SaaS property management space. This role involves taking ownership of key systems, leading technical solutions, and mentoring team members while remaining hands-on with development. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building scalable applications and integrations, and is comfortable driving technical decisions from architecture through deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and databases to support business and client needs.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Lead integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify customizations, REST APIs).
  • Maintain high code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide guidance to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to DevOps initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS serverless preferred).

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
  • Experienced in the following: 
    Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, Python, Serverless AWS, and Shopify customizations
     (including integrating separate systems via REST APIs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to design efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading developers is highly preferred.
