Job Description

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience specializing in Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, both on the front-end and back-end, using Python and other complementary technologies.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Python, and hands-on experience in building responsive and robust full-stack applications. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and related frameworks.
  • Build responsive front-end interfaces and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance development processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer specializing in Python.
  • Proficient in Python and Python frameworks.
  • Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or ).
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Work Setup: WFH (Hybrid for Cebu applicants and RTO only when needed)

Shift: Mid Shift / Night Shift
