Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and skilled All-Around Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring seamless functionality, user experience, and system performance. You'll collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to build, maintain, and optimize company websites and web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (server, database) components of websites and web applications.
  • The first 3-6 months will be focused on the front-end (UI/UX) interfaces.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement visually appealing, responsive web interfaces.
  • Design and manage relational databases, APIs, and server-side logic.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance or usability issues.
  • Ensure websites meet modern security, SEO, and accessibility standards.
  • Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Manage hosting environments, including database administration and scaling applications to handle load changes.
  • Provide technical support for website-related issues as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in web development (front-end and back-end)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML5, Weblflow, JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular preferred), Mailgun / Mailtrap,
  • Experience with WordPress, Laravel, or other CMS/frameworks
  • Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 Admin Duties, SharePoint

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and adaptability
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
