From Office)Minimum Qualification and Experience:Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, E&T, or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in the Energy/Power Automation SectorBackground in Power & Energy, Switchgear, Substation Automation Industry is an added advantageMBA is an added advantage

Understanding of Energy Automation Products/solutions like RTU, SCADA, ADMS is an added advantage

In-depth commercial knowledge of taxation, INCOTERMS, and statutory terms in sales and business is essential

Roles & Responsibilities:Handle complete sales process from prospecting to successful conversion through client visits, enquiry generation, techno-commercial proposals, and follow-ups

Manage existing accounts and identify new prospects in focused verticals like Power & Energy, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Power System OEM SectorSelect key accounts from prospective customers and focus on both short-term and long-term opportunities

Develop extensive knowledge of all assigned strategic/key accounts, including their business profile, competition, processes, culture, technology footprint, decision-making, and business strategies

Within each key account, aim to expand and strengthen Brodersen's presence by establishing proactive relationships with decision-makers, recommenders, and influencers

Set yearly business plans based on solution/opportunity matrices for each key account and develop long-term strategies for sustainable growth

Arrange product presentations and demonstrations at customer sites

Explore new application areas and business opportunities by considering various product mixes and integrated solutions to offer end-to-end solutions

Prepare success stories within existing key accounts and identify similar opportunities to replicate successful cases

Close all sales deals commercially, ensuring timely payment collection and complete documentation

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order execution and provide after-sales support to build customer confidence and trust

Monitor competitor activities and potential threats within established accounts for market intelligence
