Responsibilities
  • Maintains existing sales accounts, develops new ones, and assists other related departments in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
  • Maximize effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars and trial mixes to clients.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.
  • Updates self with existing and upcoming construction projects; analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.
  • Ensures that all accounts in its areas are secured with proper credit recommendations; gives price quotations according to the given range/limit.
  • Monitors the flow of sales operations in every customer – from sales ordering to delivery and ensuring Accounts Receivable and overdue amounts are within allowable credit terms/limits.
  • Monitors collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices and delivery receipts.
  • Responsible for monitoring Sika products handled by respective distributors and customers to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage of Sika products.
  • Adheres to the SPI established Quality and Environmental Management Systems and Quality Policy.
  • Actively participates in SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.
  • Ensures that the Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System is understood and that operating standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.
  • Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.


Qualifications

Education: Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture or any four-year related course.


Work Experience: With at least three to five years of working experience in construction or distribution industry.


Experience Working In a Multinational Company Is An Advantage.


Skills: Preferably with technical selling experience and driving skills (with a valid professional driver's license). Possesses strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
