Job Description

The Marketing Associate supports the planning and execution of brand strategies to drive market penetration and sales growth. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing market data, ensuring brand consistency, and assisting with product launches and promotions by working closely with sales, trade marketing, supply chain, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand plans, promotional calendars, and marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning, organizing, and executing of the company's participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and related promotional events.
  • Support product launches, packaging updates, and product lifecycle activities.
  • Monitor brand performance through sales reports and consumer insights. Monitor in-store execution and gather feedback on merchandising, product placement, and shopper behavior.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to assess category trends, pricing, product positioning, and promotional activity.
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing spend to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Prepare brand review presentations, performance dashboards, and campaign post-evaluation reports.
  • Establish and ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all communication and packaging materials.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and research agencies on advertising, digital campaigns, POS materials, and consumer promotions.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

1-3 years of work experience in brand management, marketing, or trade marketing, ideally within the FMCG industry.

Fresh graduates with internship experience in an FMCG industry may also apply

Skills

Good understanding of MCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
