The Sanctuary Café and Bar, managed by YC Yummy Ventures Corporation, is more than just your neighborhood café and bar- it is a lifestyle destination. Driven by our passion for great food, refreshing drinks, and memorable experiences, we strive to delight guests in every visit. Beyond our physical space, we extend our signature service to your events through offering mobile bar, mobile café, and grazing table services.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic and expanding team. If you are creative, proactive, and excited about making an impact in the food, beverage, and events industry, we would love to hear from you.

This position requires availability to work late night shifts from 6PM-2AM PH time.

Primary Responsibilities (Mobile Bar, Mobile Café, Grazing Table Services):

  • Manage and update all social media accounts with engaging and relevant content.
  • Attend expos and events to generate leads, build partnerships, and explore new opportunities.
  • Prepare and send client proposals, quotations, and necessary documentation.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow The Sanctuary Mobile's presence and clientele.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Kaizen projects to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create, write, and publish compelling social media content and visuals.
  • Design and produce promotional materials and digital advertisements.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media insights.
  • Support the planning, execution, and promotion of in-house events and activities.
  • Assist in product photoshoots to generate high-quality marketing visuals.
  • Provide on-ground support during events and assist with post-event requirements.
  • Create marketing collaterals for both digital and offline campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • A sales-oriented marketer with the confidence to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledgeable in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Background in the food, beverage, or events industry is an advantage.
  • Willing to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Willing to work onsite at Maginhawa, Diliman, Quezon City.
