A. Social Media & Content Creation
  • Develop compelling graphics, videos, and layouts for all social media platforms.
  • Create captions, copy, and storytelling content aligned with brand tone.
  • Schedule and publish regular posts to maintain consistent online presence.
  • Monitor and respond to online inquiries, comments, and engagement when needed.
B. Marketing Analytics & Optimization
  • Track social media performance using analytics tools (Meta, TikTok, IG insights).
  • Evaluate reach, engagement, conversion, and audience behavior.
  • Adjust campaigns based on insights to improve results and ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
C. Graphic Design & Branding
  • Create printed marketing materials (brochures, tarpaulins, flyers, banners).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communication outputs.
  • Produce internal branding materials such as presentations, documents, and company profiles.
  • Assist in improving brand guidelines for consistency and professionalism.
D. Promotional Programs & Campaigns
  • Conceptualize and execute promotional initiatives for new products, services, or company events.
  • Develop promotional kits, giveaways, and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for printing, events, or campaign requirements.
E. Company Representation
  • Represent Archadius in networking events, business forums, association meetings, and exhibitions.
  • Build relationships with potential clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
F. Procurement & PhilGEPS
  • Manage PhilGEPS account and monitor relevant bidding opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing eligibility documents and marketing requirements for bids.
  • Support the preparation of company profile, capability statements, and proposals.
G. Brand Image Elevation
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's identity and target audiences.
  • Recommend improvements for brand positioning across digital and physical channels.
  • Help create a strong, modern, professional brand image that supports business growth.
