What we are looking for:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Can work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
