3 years or more experience in digital marketing (hospitality or F&B preferred)

Proficiency in Google Ads, META, Mailchimp, Experience with CMS (e.g, WordPress)

Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.

Brief Job Description of Duties:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to promote the brand, villas, dining, packages and events.
  • Manage paid ads (Google Ads, META, Instagram., etc.)
  • Create and manage content calendars for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Monitor engagement and interact with online audiences.
  • Analyze and adjust social performance based on insights.
  • Ensure website content is up to date, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
  • Track website traffic, bounce rates and user behavior with tools like Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers as needed.
  • Design and send newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Manage subscriber lists and segmentation.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
