INVENTORY SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of finished goods, semi-finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials inventories
  • Plan and execute inventory control activities, including stock counting, reconciliation, and replenishment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of inventory for production and customer demands.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and mitigate risks of stock outs and overstocking.
  • Reporting and Analyzing Inventory Data
  • Accurate Reporting - Generate comprehensive inventory reports and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making for inventory optimization.
  • Performance Metrics - Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure inventory accuracy, turnover, and fill rate, enabling continuous improvement of inventory management processes.
  • Trend Analysis - Analyze inventory trends, demand patterns, and market forecasts to anticipate inventory needs and optimize stock to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in inventory management or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
