INVENTORY SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of finished goods, semi-finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials inventories
- Plan and execute inventory control activities, including stock counting, reconciliation, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of inventory for production and customer demands.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and mitigate risks of stock outs and overstocking.
- Reporting and Analyzing Inventory Data
- Accurate Reporting - Generate comprehensive inventory reports and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making for inventory optimization.
- Performance Metrics - Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure inventory accuracy, turnover, and fill rate, enabling continuous improvement of inventory management processes.
- Trend Analysis - Analyze inventory trends, demand patterns, and market forecasts to anticipate inventory needs and optimize stock to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in inventory management or similar roles.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
