LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

1.0 Basic Purpose

1.1 To ensure daily packaging materials availability

1.2 To monitor packaging materials inventory

1.3 To monitor inventory flow and timely delivery of released finished goods

2.0 Duties and ResponsibilitiesRegular Duties

2.1 Ensures First In-First Out (FIFO) and First Expiry, First Out (FEFO)

2.2 Supervises requisition and issuance of packaging materials

2.3 Monitors material delivery schedule, coordinate with supplier and client regarding constraint and availability

2.4 Reviews Logistics records and documents

2.5 Conducts variance reconciliation and provide corrective action for any deviation in accounting system

2.6 Monitors availability of pallet, black slip sheet and separators for Production and Controlling

2.4 Reviews training needs of Logistics personnel and prepares program for skills development

2.5 Monitors and reviews performance of the Logistics personnel, including absenteeism and tardiness

2.6 Preparation of PDR (Product Disposition Request) for WRO and routing

2.7 Deliver cost savings

Occasional Duties 2.8 Performs other duties when needed or assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
