SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Pega Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing desktop automation solutions using Pega RDA. This role will primarily focus on streamlining user workflows and enhancing productivity through minimal desktop automations, while occasionally supporting broader automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain desktop automation solutions using Pega RDA.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing Pega RDA workflows to improve performance and reliability.
  • Work closely with business teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems.
  • Document automation processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with RDA/RPA development and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of desktop automation principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Pega Robotics Studio and Pega Runtime environments.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Experience with debugging and optimizing automation scripts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to UiPath and experience with unattended bot development.
  • Knowledge of RPA governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Certification in Pega Robotics or UiPath is a plus.
