Great Pay

ESL, IELTS Teacher(homebased, Per hour salary)

  • Monthly salary: PHP 20,000 to over PHP 40,000 (based on performance).
  • Preference is given to candidates who have taken the IELTS exam, but we also offer opportunities to highly qualified ESL teachers.
  • ESL/IELTS training and materials are provided by the company.
  • Pay rate: PHP 120 to over PHP 300 per hour, with full classes available every day (6-10 hours). A strong incentive system is in place.
  • An IELTS certificate will be provided by the company to employees who have worked for more than 3 years and completed 1,500 hours of class time.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a high-speed internet connection.
  • Must have a working computer and headset.
  • Must have at least a college-level education.
  • Proficient written and verbal English skills are required.
  • Teaching proficiency tests such as IELTS  is an advantage
  • Applicants should be motivated, caring, passionate about teaching ESL learners, and value honesty and integrity.

  • Morning time : 6am to 3pm
  • Night time : 5pm to 11pm
