Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (any course)
  • TESOL/TEFL Certificate (120 hrs+) – required
  • At least 1 year ESL teaching experience (online/offline, kids preferred)
  • Strong spoken English proficiency (C1–C2 level – EFSET required)

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Preschool, elementary, or secondary school teachers transitioning to online tutoring
  • Tutors from kids-focused platforms (VIPKid, Magic Ears, etc.)
  • Professionals with strong teaching presence, creativity, and patience with children
