  • Schedule: Classes run across global business hours, depending on client region.Earliest start time: 5:00 AM PHT (Latin America & Middle East learners) Latest end time: 3:00 AM PHT (Europe learners – France & Spain) Mondays to Fridays

  • Tutors will be assigned schedules within this range, aligned to adult learners' availability in Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (4-year course)
  • TEFL/TESOL Certificate (120 hrs+) – or willingness to obtain during training
  • Minimum 2 years ESL/Business English teaching experience (online/offline)
  • Strong spoken English proficiency (C2 level – EFSET required)
  • Preferred Backgrounds:
  • School teachers transitioning to online tutoring
  • Corporate trainers or BPO professionals with excellent English and client-facing skills
  • Experienced tutors from other platforms seeking premium assignments
