We're looking for a General Project Manager (GPM) who leads with clarity, confidence, and purpose to join our dynamic team at Digitalfeet. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and ensures projects are executed efficiently. In this role, you'll ensure every project moves forward with structure and intention while keeping our designers, developers, and marketers aligned to create meaningful, high-quality results for our clients.

What You'll Do

-Manage day-to-day design and development projects/tasks from start to finish.

-Translate client requests and ideas into clear, actionable tasks.

-Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure timely delivery.

-Oversee project timelines, milestones, and quality checks.

-Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation for internal and client use.

-Review completed tasks to ensure they meet client expectations before delivery.

-Support the team by identifying and resolving project blockers early.

-Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and maintain smooth workflows.

What We're Looking For

-1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency or marketing environment.

-Experience using ClickUp, Monday, or similar project management tools.

-Highly organized and structured in managing tasks, timelines, and workflows.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence.

-Excellent communication and coordination skills.

-A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.

-A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn new tools and workflows.

-Familiarity with web design and development processes in digital marketing is a plus.
