About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented HR Business Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes, leverage data-driven insights, and improve workforce planning, performance, and employee engagement.

You'll play a key role in translating business needs into actionable HR strategies—ensuring that data, technology, and processes align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement across recruitment, retention, compensation, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to define requirements for HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Support HR technology initiatives, including system enhancements, process automation, and data integration.
  • Provide analytical support for workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and talent management initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to align HR analytics with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or business analysis roles.
  • Strong proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle HCM).
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with process improvement and HR reporting best practices.
