  • Must have a Bachelor/Diploma/Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Application with at least 6 months – 2 years of experience as a Real Time Analyst working in BPO/Call Center set-up.
  • Candidate must be proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel, know how to analyze workforce related formulas.
  • Can develop and generate reports on time containing accurate information.
  • Can communicate and coordinate effectively with the Client's Workforce, internal and external associates for any issue impacting production and staffing.
  • Can work independently, be accountable for the expected deliverables and have a good decision-making skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Alabang Muntinlupa, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule within 24/7 work hours
